Hello everyone today's quote is about FAKE FRIENDS.
There's no doubt that we need a friend to live. Friends are as important as our family members. So important, in fact, that it's been proven that friendship can extend life expectancy and lower chances of heart disease. In some ways, friends help us a lot in life, teaches us how to deal with the world based on sharing experiences with them. Having friends is the best thing in the world they as they help you boost your happiness and reduce your stress. Improve your self-confidence and self-worth. Help you cope with traumas, such as divorce, serious illness, job loss or the death of a loved one.
However, finding friends that would do that to you is a challenge. In some parts of our lives, we will experience a loss of a friend or even groups of friends. But don't be down about it, it's a process that we must go through in life. When you lose a friend, you don't lose anything actually because real friends stay loyal to you and show effort to be your support system.
If you experience changes in your friend's behavior that you noticed that are making you feel useless, worthless and not needed, then leave them as soon as possible. Trust me, keeping toxic people like that in your life is useless as they do not benefit you in any way at all.Yes, i agree of it being hard, but trust me, it's worth the pain. You will feel better about yourself once you do that.
Guys! your friends will change because people do change. If you do not think that the new them are way different than how they treat you, then just leave.
Like i said in our previous post, just go with the flow. I believe in the future we will get something better. Trust me, better things are waiting for you... so don't worry guys!
