QUOTE OF THE DAY #15- STRESSED OUT?


   It;s typical of us students to be stressed out by the littlest things. Assignments, family issues, love issues, financial issues can easily effect our mood easily. We will feel down, depressed and sad whenever we think about it. Therefore, its important for us to handle our stress properly so we do not do anything stupid. 

    Get enough sleep. Sleep is very important as it helps you relax and not think for a moment about your issues. Make sure you have at least 7 hours of sleep everyday if you could. It definately helps.

   Try to not look at your phone frequently. Put yo phone down and just relax. Sometimes, looking at your pone will trigger stressful events. By that, you will think more about your issues and become even more stress.

   But most importantly guys, if you could, try talking to someone. Letting your feeling out will helpful and that person can make help you and give you tips on what to do. Dont bottleyour feeling up!

  Manage your time is also very important to reduce your stress level. Sometimes, we feel stress about our to do list and this is common cause of stress because we cant do everything at once.By that, you need to priorotize your tasks.
